Shipping - UK

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. This cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods but we will always do our best to get our items to you as quickly as possible. Then your order will take the specified postage time to reach you.

Shipping - International

We aim to dispatch international orders within 2 working days via tracked services. Then your order will take the specified postage time to reach you. International shipments may be held by your local customs authority for an additional time for an assessment of duty fees or sales tax. Please enclose a contact telephone number when purchasing your order so we can provide this to the relevent services to contact you if needed.



We will only accept items that are unused and returned within 14 days of delivery with all original tags and any packaging intact. We will not accept items that have signs of wear or where the tags have been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us on the email below to inform us of your wish to return any item before shipping so we can assess the situation of the return and give approval for this:


We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking. Within the UK we recommend ‘Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded’. Internationally, you could use your local country’s postal service with tracking. For higher priced returns we recommend using an insured service with tracking.
